Description:		U Toe Lon raconte la fin de l'histoire des deux amis de Birmanie centrale qui se rendent dans le bas pays pour faire fortune (histoire commencée dans l'enregistrement précédent BER-1964-BUR-029-A_SOUND). Ils en viennent à tuer un homme et remporte l'argent chez eux, mais se disputent car leur bien est mal acquis. (jusqu'à 4mn) Raconte ensuite un conte de la pagode Godawpalin où se trouvait de grandes cisailles qui, quand justice était rendu, coupaient la main de ceux qui avaient menti. Po Thu Daw et une nonne se rendent chez le juge. Celle-ci accuse le premier de lui avoir pris sa bague. Le juge ne peut rendre justice et les envoient à la pagode Godawpalin. (des grésillements empêchent de bien comprendre l'histoire). Les deux ont raison. (jusqu'à 7.04 mn) Deux amoureux se fixent rendez-vous sous un abri et mange des pois rôtis. Mais il se met à pleuvoir et tous les pois se répandent à terre. Ils leur arrivent d'autres aventures dans lesquelles ils se font toujours plus repérer. (jusqu'à 14.40mn) Il finit par un jeu de mot sur le mot ''chouette'' en birman (zigwet). (jusqu'à 15.37mn).
		U Toe Lon tells the story of two friends from Central Burma who move to Lower Burma to make money (the beginning of this story can be found in the recording BER-1964-BUR-029-A_SOUND). They murder a man and steal the money to take back home. On the way back, they fight over their ill-gotten wealth. (until 4mn) He then tells the tale of Godawpalin pagoda where there used to be Big Scissors rendering judgements. When justice was done, the Big Scissors cut the hand of those who lied. Po Thu Daw and a nun went to see the judge. The nun accused Po Thu Daw of stealing her ring. The judge couldn't decide, so they went to The Big Scissors of Godawpalin (the sound is not too good because of cracklings on the tape) (until 7.04 mn) Two lovers find different excuses to go outside and have a (secret) date. The first excuse is to go outside to eat roasted beans. But is starts to rain and all beans fall on the ground. Many other funny adventures happen to them, and each time people find out about their date (until 14.40mn) U Toe Lun ends his story-telling with a word game on the word "owl' (in Burmese "zigwet"). (until 15.37mn).
