Description:		Der Sprecher erzählt von der Teilnahme an einem Triathlonwettbewerb am sogenannten Knappensee in der Oberlausitz und gibt dabei Kommentare zu den einzelnen Disziplinen und wie er sie anging. Er hatte zum ersten Mal die olympische Distanz gewählt. Angefangen wurde mit dem Schwimmen im See, worauf das Fahrradfahren folgte und schließlich die Lieblingsdisziplin des Sprechers, das Laufen.
		Le narrateur raconte sa participation à la compétition du Triathlon, auprès du Lac Knappensee, dans la Haute Lusace et il exprime son opinion au sujet des différentes disciplines en expliquant comment il s’y est pris. Il avait choisi pour la première fois la distance olympique. On a commencé avec la natation en lac, après laquelle a suivi le cyclisme et pour conclure la discipline préférée du narrateur, c’est-à-dire la course à pied.
