Description:Matumi tells how Baa came with the Bachama people from Sokoto but separated from them. How Baa climbed the hill in Gyakan. There one elder climbed the top and saw the land of Kwah. The Fulani then came to fight a war with Baa who found their refuge on the mountaintop. By hiding in caves and throwing stones and spears on the Fulani, whose horses couldn’t climb the steep hill, Baa won the war.
