This village was located at the margins of the Xingu river, relatively near the governmental office named Pavuru. In old times, the Terra Preta village had many houses. When the video was shot, there were few houses in the village, because the residents were getting prepared to move to another place and start a new village. ----- PORTUGUÊS: Este vídeo, filmado em 2001, mostra aspectos da aldeia Terra Preta (que atualmente não mais existe). Esta aldeia localizava-se às margens do rio Xingu, relativamente próxima do posto Pavuru. Em tempos passados, a aldeia Terra Preta tinha várias casas.
