Waima'a is an endangered Austronesian language spoken in the Baucau district of East Timor. Goal of project is as comprehensive a documentation of communicative events and linguistic metaknowledge as possible. For further details on scope and format of documentation see link below.
Minimal pairs khaa ka khuli kui kholi kole khee ke khiri kira ____recorded with Edmundo and MB (multiple times) Edmundo reads the words from list prepared by NH, putting very strong emphasis on the first member of each pair, while the second is often barely audible E explains meaning of several items after recording of complete block, only some of these explanations have been recorded on video, others taken down in notebook and entered into wm_lexicon
