Pertemuan di 29/30 maret untuk pilih nama desa dari beberapa uma fukun dari empat kampung (Parlmento, Kaisidu, Ossowa, Lialailesu) memilih nama desa Kaisidu dan dari uma fukun Waihau (Kaisidu) dan Wailuo (Kaisidu) tetap pertahankan nama desa Wani-Umo namun karena suara mereka minoris maka untuk lebih memperkuatnya mereka mengadakan pertemuan ke-II mengundang para saksi sejarah dari Kampung Wani-Umo desa Kaibada untuk lebih tahu tetang historis nama wani-umo jelas setelah itu tokoh–tokoh perwakilan dari empat kampung mengetahui mereka sepakat harus membuat surat deklarasi yang harus diketahui secara bersama pada kesempatan berikutnya yang harus menghadiri pelajar anak rantauan Kaisidu seperti Salus dan Jose Antonio di Dili __________________________ untuk meyakinkan nama Wani-umo maka Jeca dari Kampung Wani-umo yang menulis dan membacakannya dalam bahasa tetun di depan para tokoh-tokoh masyarakat (mahasiswa semester tuju UNDIL) _____________________ towards the end: rencana buat surat deklarasiAgustinha persiapan makanan dengan membawah piring-piring
