Description:The consultant tells a story about a "living" tiki at Vaipuha (next to Motopu, Tahuata) which was taken when people went fishing. He was supposed to make them catch a lot of fish. The story is about breaking certain taboos and its consequences.
GC is responsable for the Marquesan DOBES project and does all the data collection, data processing and annotation.
Tah is originally from Tahuata, but went to school on Hiva 'Oa. Tah is a fluent bilingual and very knowledgable concerning the Marquesan culture.
Tei2MP's knowledge of the trick language is confined to some phrases. He has difficulties in spontaneously producing new phrases.
