| This text describes the socio-cultural, economic and educational situation of Chintang. Besides, the speaker explains the situation of chintang then to now. In brief, the speaker presents the whole picture of Chintang: the condition of people, their occupation, educational level and way of living. | ||
| The whole description is in Chintang. However there are very few lexical items borrowed from Nepali, Bantawa and English, too. | ||
| Mr. Ganesh Rai is language consultant in CPDP. His mother tongue is chintang. | ||
| Mr. Bhatta has passed M.A Linguistics and English Literature. He is Research Assistant in Chintang and Puma Documentation Project (CPDP) and Lecturer of Linguistics. His keen interst lies in Tibeto- Burman Language specially morpho-syntax. | ||
