| Description: | This corpus collects Turkish sign language (TID) data. For this project, native, early, and late TID signers were recorded performing different tasks (narratives of short picture stories/cartoon clips) and engaging in free conversation. These recordings and their annotations are stored in this corpus. | |
| GTP: The give&take stimuli consist of 2 videoclips, for the content of these clips - see the textfiles attached. Signers were asked to re-narrate the events in these videos to the addressee, which in turn then renarrates the story to the teller. | ||
| GI is the interpreter that was present during all the recordings in Izmir. She is speaking but learned TID at home, as her parents are deaf. | ||
| AP is a male TID signer. He became deaf at the age of 2 and started signing at the age of 6. No deafness in family. | ||
| OzE is a male TID signer. He became deaf at the age of 11 months and started signing at the age of 4. No deafness in family. | ||
