Description:		First session of the third recording cycle of LDCh1 (Child 1 in the Child Language Development Study).
		The aim of the project is to provide a rich linguistic and ethnographic documentation of two highly endangered but almost totally undocumented languages in eastern Nepal, Chintang and Puma. These languages belong to the Kiranti family of Tibeto-Burman. Chintang is spoken by the Chintang Rai in Chintang Village Development Committee (VDC) of Dhankuta district. Puma is spoken by the Puma Rai in Diplung, Mauwabote and Pauwasera VDCs, to the south of Khotang bazar in Khotang district. Both these districts are situated in the eastern hilly part of the country.
		LDCh1 sings to himself. He talks and plays with Ram and Devi, his elder siblings. His mother breastfeeds him. There is a good conversation about cutting and dividing meat. LDCh1 is talking with his brother and playfully joking around while trying to overcome boredom. He plays with sticks for a short while and subsequently goes to his mum to be breastfed. Afterwards he goes back to his sister and brother and sits with them for a while. In the end he goes into the house to stay there with his brother.
		The whole session is full of conversation in Chintang language. Sometimes children sing Nepali song too.
