| Description: | The signers looks at the computer screen on which there are 4 pictures. The assistant in the experiment shows one of the pictures to the signer and s/he is supposed to describe that picture. The addressee has a sheet that includes the same pictures on the screen. S/he is supposed to find and to show the picture described to the camera. There are 44 pictures. In the second part, the signer sees 6 more pictures, S/he describes them to the addressee. The addressee just listens and if s/he doesn't understand, s/he asks questions for clarification. | |

| This corpus collects Turkish sign language TID data from children and also their parents. For this project, TID signers were recorded performing different tasks narratives of short picture stories/cartoon clips and engaging in free conversation. These recordings and their annotations are stored in this corpus. | ||
| Emir was born deaf. He has deaf parents and a deaf brother. He has been attending a rehabilitation center for 6 months twice a week. He has no CI. His grandparents both from mother and father are hearing. He uses his right hand while signing and writing. | ||

| Hukumran is a hearing person. He is a fluent signer. He prentended to be deaf in the experiments. He checked the order of tasks and gave instructions when necessary. | ||
| Beyza is a hearing person. She recorded the sessions and conducted the experiments. She mainly used TID and tried not to use speech. | ||
