| Description: | Titi and Ode are doing the Tangram Task. Recordings were made with two video cameras and two head-mounted microphones, indoors, in a fairly quiet environment. The recording was interrupted for synchronisation purposes after ca. 10 minutes. The session thus consists of two recordings, the first one contains cards 1-11, the second one 12-20. | |
| This corpus manly (with few exceptions) consists of recordings made with students from the State University Manokwari (UNIPA). Speakers come from different areas in Papua (and Eastern Indonesia) and the varieties they speak, as well as their competence in Papuan Malay vary strongly. All recordings were made during the funding period of the Volkswagen project "Documentation Summits in the Central Mountains of Papua". | ||
| This task was developed as part of the "Prosodic and gestural entrainment" project (PAGE). The basic goal is to engage participants in a collaborative task, using both verbal and gestural means. | ||
