		The Virgen del Carmen is the patron saint of Bolivia. In Baure her name day is celebrated every 16th of July with a procession and velorios in lots of houses.

		Franziska is the anthropologist of the team. She has a Magister degree in ethnology, culutral sciences and journalism. She is working in Baures since 2007 and focuses on traditional beliefs and customs for her PhD thesis.
