Description:		This dance was invented recently in Baures to promote the most important export product of the village - the cacao. The dancers show the process of making the pasta de chocolate. This dance was presented in different occasions, e.g. in regional dancing competitions. Here you find a video showing the dance. It was filmed during the inauguration of the 3rd Chocolate Fair in Baures.
		Este baile fue inventado recientemente en Baures con el fin de promocionar el producto más importante del pueblo - el chocolate. Durante el baile los bailadores muestran todo el proceso de la elaboración tradicional de la pasta de chocolate. El Baile del Chocolate ya fue presentado en varias ocasiones, por ejemplo durante la visita de políticos nacionales o como presentación del pueblo de Baures en concursos regionales de baile. 		Franziska is the anthropologist of the team. She has a Magister degree in ethnology, culutral sciences and journalism. She is working in Baures since 2007 and focuses on traditional beliefs and customs for her PhD thesis.
