Preliminary copy. 125 pp and two audio CDs. This is a preliminary transcript and translation of 16 Han Athabascan stories and narratives recorded by John Ritter from Native Elder Louise Paul (1921-1997) in Eagle Village and Fairbanks, Alaska during the years 1977, 1978, 1980 and 1994. It also contains an seventeenth story, which is a retelling of Louise Paul's story "Bear Incident at Woodchopper Creek" by Bertha Ulvi, recorded by Willem de Reuse in 2007, in Eagle Village, Alaska.
