Date:2009-11
Description:A Maniq man (Chem) prepares a species of colugo, Sunda flying lemur (Galeopterus variegatus) blowpiped by him. He cleans the animal off inedible parts, portions out the rest at the same time giving the Maniq names for the body parts of the animal. Some parts of the squirrel are immediately distributed among the group members, who roast them and subsequently eat. Another Maniq man (Wang) is also active helping Chem to name the squirrel body parts.
