Bibliographic Citation:Ratu, Hilarius, Danerek, H. Stefan, Sophune, Pidhu (Ebbe), Danerek, H. Stefan, Anastasia Roja; 2015-10-13; Genre: Medicine/huru. Anastasia Roja, kampong Wolondopho, Edo (Hedho) domain was recorded the first time by Pidu Sophune (Ebbe) 13 Oct 2015, from late morning until mid-afternoon. She told several tales and 'huru'. This is 'huru lekhe' (huru lekhe wui matha. See also the video clip from 19 march -16. Also huru lekhe, but the escription is different). This 'huru' is hung on coconut trees; a coconut shell with a closure, 'wui matha'. Symptoms: swollen face, mouth and more etc. Cure: Scrape the coconut shell and chew the powder/pieces with roots ('kena wakane'), possibly 'waka pa'ine'. Then spit and put the mixture on the swollen limbs and face. 'Peju' payment is small money and done with a ritual. Roja rolls two times five small red yams ('ndora' and 'uwi rea') downwards from the lower belly up to the upper chest five times, and, the other five, five times from the chest down. No bulu wa'o.; digital wav file recorded at 48 khz/24 bit, eaf file; Kaipuleohone University of Hawai'i Digital Language Archive;http://hdl.handle.net/10125/47713.
