| Description: | SUK1 got to the Sinchon Eastern Elders' Centre when people there were about have snacks. There were eating kɛjək (개역), which is a mixture of different cereal powders, and is eaten with a bit of water (known in Korean as 미숫가루, misʰusʰkalu). GOH1 makes YSH1 join the round in the kitchen, and she tells SUK1 about how the ground cereals in the past, and jokes about her experiences with foreigners that came to Korea (possibly during the Korean War) when she was younger. | |
