		This text is heavily influenced by Standard Indonesian, and contains many code-switches. EK prepared this himself after he learnt of my disappointment that I wasn't able to record his Christmas speech on 25/12/2014. He suggested he give the sermon in private, in his house.

		A preacher in the church (the only one who preaches in Ambel). Father Estefanus Kein, from Lamlam/Paput/Kapadiri (died in 2002 aged 92); mother from Kabare (Awom clan). EK is the father of 9 boys by his first wife (4 of whom are dead), and 3 boys and a girl by his second wife. Older brother of MeK.
