Description:		A speech given by an elder of the Fiay clan in Kabare to welcome the candidate for the new head of the kabupaten (Pak Alfaris, who is a rich businessman and gives people a lot of money) and the captain of the ship Kalanafat Putra 17, which had just docked for the first time. While this speech was being made, the elder blessed the head and the left shoulder of both with water. Included in this bundle are also two 'wor' songs - traditional Biak songs, but sung here by Ambel elders. NB Due to recording conditions, the quality of the recordings are very poor.
