Description:Kading tells a traditional story about a spider. Halfway through the story his vigorous gestures pull the microphone's cable out of the recorder and we have to pause the recording and start it up again. Over a week later, when John Suwali came to the village, there was some discussion about whether this story properly belongs to Kading's or to John's clan. (Kading was not present at this point.) John said that it belonged to his (John's) clan, but that he was okay with us distributing it anyway.
Age is approximate. Borosob clan is from Albu village, but his grandfather moved to Jilim. Mother is Kialmi clan (a Kulbu clan, but she grew up in Jilim). Wife Koinem clan (Jilim village), 8 kids.
