| Description: | This recording documents the preparation of the Minahasan dish known as tinutu'an 'vegetable stew/porridge'. Fanda Sarese prepares this before she and others eat it for lunch. This video has been narrated by multiple speakers. The video footage was recorded using a Canon Legria HF R606 (wide shots) and a Canon Legria HF R706 (close-up shots). The raw footage was edited using Premier Pro CC software before being exported in H.264 format and re-encoded using the Handbrake program. The audio narration was recorded on a Zoom H1 in .wav format using a Rode Lavalier lapel microphone. This bundle contains narration in both the Tonsawang and Tombulu languages. The transcription and translation used for this narration is located in bundle TNW_56_JP_11112017. | |

There is minimal audio in this recording as the speaker was not asked to narrate.
