Description:To make chicha, cassava is first picked, then peeled and chopped, then washed and put into the pot. It is boiled and once it is cooked the pot is removed from the fire and the cassava is chewed. The next day corn is harvested and milled, when it is cooked the pot is removed from the fire and the corn is chewed. After chewing it is mixed with the cassava and strained. After another day the beer is fermented and I invite my family to drink.
