Description:This is an actual Khun Shaow ritual performance in a small tent at Yaung Pe rice field. It was not done in the village because the villagers were ether Christian or Buddhist and did not want the performance held within the village boundaries. Sumtu believe there are bad spirts and good spirits. When someone is sick they will go and seek a clairvoyant determine the nature of the spirit that has possessed them and identify the appropriate performance and sacrificial offering that must be made to rid them of the spirit. The good spirits include Khun and Kheh.
