The mourning song hallala is recorded in two versions (file 002 and file 003), of which file 003 is the improved version. File 004 is a conversation and a false start in which we hear Pantu Girpo, the chairman of the Dookko-Ayma community who arranged the recording. File 005 contains the wedding song: sibaako siwaane. File 006 is a recording of the mourning song lammeyssa, File 007 the mourning song hu'e. In File 008 Tal'ane Abusho performs her signature song, a narrative song of the gen'a- and the gabar-antelope. A video recording of this song is found in session TA2012-01-20_001-009. In File 008 performs an autobiographical lyre son in the kaldi baaba-rhythm. Finally Womberech Obbasho demonstrates an undetermined lyre rhythm (File WO2011-12-17_001.wav).
Pantu is the chairman of the Dookko-Ayma community.
