Description:Jag Bahadur and his family chatting while preparing sukuti and making butter tea. Mainly spoken in Kaike but also in Tichurong Tibetan.
Originally from Gumbatara. Mother from Sahartara. Grew up speaking Kaike and Tichurong (Poike Tibetan) in Dolpa. Speaks Kaike on a daily basis, but uses Nepali and English for his trekking business and for his studies. Has done research on Kaike rituals. First recorded on 10 Dec 2017.
Mother of Jag Bahadur Budha. Originally from Sahartara, but lived most of her life in Gumbatara. First recorded on 29 June in Gumbatara.
Sister of Jag Bahadur Budha. Originally from Gumbatara, but learnt Kaike from mother like Jag. First recorded on 29 June in Gumbatara.
