| Description: | This film shows members of the Pelleng-Ponomban family buying ingredients from Tombatu market before preparing the dish known as ragey 'pork skewers'. This dish is then eaten together with rice and stir fried green vegetables. Video footage was recorded using a Canon Legria HF R606 (wide shots) and a Canon Legria HF R706 (close-up shots). The raw footage was edited using Premier Pro CC nad KdenLive software before being exported in H.264 format and re-encoded using the Handbrake program. The audio narration was recorded on a Zoom H1 and Zoom H4n in .wav format using a Rode Lavalier lapel microphone | |
