Description:Demonstration of fishing with purse net with rowboat and man on shore. Upriver from Srednie on the Pakhachi River. Salmon caught include humpback, pink and perhaps coho. Arctic char (golets or "naked" in Russian) are thrown back as they are only eaten fresh. The salmon is dried for winter, caviar sold for cash.
