| Description: | The participant was requested by the collector (Netra) to describe about khangnumma. It is a ritual programme of kiranti people. When a baby becomes at least six month old, then they talk the baby to the Jalpa Devi (Goddess) temple and ask for blessing for good fortune to the baby. The recording took place during the day time at a home in Chintang. The sound qualitiy of this session is good. | |
