This book is about accidents that may occur in the home and is especially directed at children of younger ages. It explains at the same time how to prevent and to avoid such accidents and ailments, such as burns, diarrhea, exposed wonds, fractures, bites of all kinds, etc. Older children can be given some instruction on measures to take in order to protect their younger brothers and sisters. L'histoire de ce livre traite des accidents qui surviennent souvent dans les maisons et qui touchent les enfants de bas-âge, mais explique par la même occasion comment prévenir et éviter ces accidents tels que brûlure, diarrhée, plaies exposées, fractures, morsures, piqûres, etc. Elle vise aussi les enfants un peu plus âgés en les donnant des orientations quant aux mesures à prendre pour protéger leurs jeunes frères et soeurs.
