Description:		U Chit Phe raconte à ses nièces l'histoire d'une reine mentalement dérangée qui accouche de deux filles dans une forêt, protégée par des nats. Elle nomme ses deux filles Ma Gyi et Ma Ngè. Une autre des reines accouche de deux fils dans le palais du roi. La cadette prend soin de sa mère, alors que l'aîné la renie. Les deux princes les rencontrent et les épousent. La mère s'inquiète pour ses filles et les recherche dans la forêt. La cadette s'inquiète pour sa mère et demande au roi de faire des recherches. Mais c'est la fille aînée que la mère trouve la première et celle-là la refoule en la traitant de vieille folle et en la frappant. Le grand nat Thaman voit la scène. La mère, après avoir été maltraitée par son aînée, se rend compte du dévouement de la cadette (de 0mn à 57mn; le conte se poursuit apparemment à la fin de l'enregistrement BER-1966-BUR-044-A_SOUND). Ensuite U Chit Pe commence l'histoire du roi Dhamma Yaza Mingyi qui a une fille très vertueuse (coupé à 1h04mn, suite dans l'enregistrement suivant BER-1964-BUR-027-B).
		U Chit Phe tells the story of a queen mentally disturbed who delivers two daughters in the forest, protected by nats. She names her two daughters Ma Gyi and Ma Ngè. Another queen delivers two sons in the palace.The younger one takes care of her mother, while the eldest doesn't. The two princes meet them and marry them. The mother is worried and look for them in the forest. The youngest daughter is worried for her mum and looks for her in the forest. But it is the elder daughter who finally finds the mum, and she rejects her again. The nat Thaman sees the scene. The mum, after having been ill-treated by the daughter, realized the love of her youngest daughter. (from 0mn to 57mn; the end of the story can apparently be found at the end of the recording BER-1966-BUR-044-A_SOUND). Then, U Chit Pe starts the story of king Dhamma Yaza Mingyi who has a virtuous daughter (cut at 1h04mn, the end can be found in recording BER-1964-BUR-027-B).
