Just before the end of recording: 2 English speaking men talk, then a loud power tool starts Side B: at 5 minutes a man describes, mostly in English, what is to come: traditional songs for a workshop in October 1996, that was held at the cultural centre. Following this: singing, mostly by women. Occasionally interrupted (taped over?) by a man explaining things in English
