Description:Translation (Gun Mai) The story that I am going tell now is about a widow who washed clothes with hand for others until her child was educated and graduated. It is about the widow and her educated child. Long long ago, there was an old widow who had a child. The child was a boy and the boy was an obedient child. The mother washed the clothes of others and supported her sons' education. Then, the boy had been growing up day by day and also improved grade by grade yearly. And, the boy got to the university where he studied higher education. One day, when the boy graduated, the mother was already quite old. Since the boy was already in the university and graduated, the mother might be quite old. On the day of graduation, the parents of other students came magnificently to the graduation ceremony. But, since the widow, the boy's mother only washed clothes, her cloth was also not nice so she was just sitting in the corner of the ceremony while all others were sitting in front of her. She was sitting in the back alone. When it was time for the boy to wear the graduation cap, the boy was called to the graduation stage. But, when the boy was to wear the cap, he denied putting the graduation cap on his head and went to the back of graduation hall and put his graduation cap on the head of his mother. Thus, the professors asked him that "Why do you do like this?" The boy then answered in front of all that "The education that I gained until today and the graduation that you honor me is not what I know and not because of my efforts, it is because of my mother's efforts to wash clothes of others to support for my education. That's why I don't deserve this graduation cap and instead, my mother deserves it." Therefore, all the gentlemen and professors said that "This boy is a very educated person." Based on what the boy said, the boy was offered to study a higher level of education and the boy became a gentleman and highly educated person. The main point of the boy was that since the son of the widow was obedient - widow family meant no hope in the wealthy including the clothes: the boy could not use good clothes - but the boy did not feel depress and studied hard until he achieved such a higher education level. This is the story that is being told to learn the lesson from the boy.
