The couple was farmers. Then, they ordered Hpu Lum Htu to cultivate paddies. When we tell our children the story about Hpu Lum Htu, they quickly sit near us because they feel frightened. They believe Hpu Lum Htu is an evil nat with long breasts. Whenever the word 'Hpu Lum Htu' comes out, the children feel scared. Hpu Lum Htu also has her own history of how she turned into that kind of nat. It's not to be frightened. Hpu Lum Htu could work a lot and understand human language as well.
