Description:English translation (by Mike Tu Aung) Long time ago, an old wolf lived in a deep forest. The old wolf was getting weak and it was hard for him to hunt for food. He was living in despair. He was thinking to himself, "If I go on living like this, I will die of weakeness and hunger. What should I do to survive?" He saw a flowing stream not very far from where he was resting and thinking. A goat was coming to drink some water at the stream. Since the wolf was deceiveful and cunning, he thought, "What can I do with that goat?" when the wolf saw that the goat was drinkin water at the stream. And he said, "Hello brother goat, I am very thirsty at the moment. But I cannot walk because I am sick. Please bring me some water. Then, the goat thought, " Even though this wolf was very cunning and bad before, I think he is really having a hard time and he needs help this time". So, the goat came to the wolf to give him some water. At the beginning, the wolf pretended as if he was very nice. But when the goat got close to him, the wolf jumped on the goat immediately. Even though the wolf tried so hard, he could not hold down the goat because the wolf was sick and weak. The goat, at once, jumped up and ran away. Then, he turned and said, "You said you were thristy, but when I gave you water, you wanted to take my life. You are not a good brother". Then, the goat went away. The wolf was left alone again and he didn't know what to do. At that time, there was a sheep coming to the stream. The sheep was coming to drink water from the stream. Then, the wolf said again. This time too the wolf said the same thing what he told the goat. The sheep felt pity for the wolf. So, he brought water to the wolf. But, once the sheep got close, the wolf jumped on him again. However, the sheep too was strong so he can escaped from the grip of the wolf immediately. When the sheep had run away, the wolf just stayed like that without food nor drink. At that time, there was a ram watching him from a distance. And, The ram saw everything that had happened before. The wolf didn't know what to do when he saw the ram. The ram was eating grass. Then, the wolf was thinking so hard what to do next. At the end he moaned, "help, help, help". The ram pretended as if he did not hear anything. Then, the wolf moaned even harder, "help, help, help". Finally, the wolf asked, "brother ram, can't you hear me I am moaning out of my sickness and calling out to you for help?" Then, the ram said, "I hear you and I see you". I saw what you did to the two, the goat and the sheep. And he continued, "I see that you are trying to take others' life when they give you water to drink". Then, the wolf said again, "I am really thirsty and I want to drink water. So, please bring me some water". At that time the ram said, "No, I will not give you water to drink. You are a very deceiveful and cunning one". The wolf thought, " If I had drunk water brought by the goat and the sheep, and didn't do anything to them, I would be strong enough to catch and eat this ram". Eeven though he thought that way, the ram did not give him water to drink. Then, the ram said to him, "Now you will suffer because you did not drink water when your friends brought it to you out of their love". "You will die there slowly". After saying that, the ram left him there. Afther the ram left, the wolf thought to himself that he was too late to repent because he had that cunning heart even though it was time for him to die. And he died. He suffered and died that way because he did not listen to friends when they tried to help him with sincere hearts.
