Description:Translation (Seng Pan) Long ago, in a village, an old woman passed on because of a serious illness. Thus, many people came to help her funeral. Some made the coffin to put her dead body, and some cooked the meals to serve. Several people helped to prepare the old woman's funeral. And the dead body was also watched. It had been three days and three nights that the old woman's dead body was there. Since all her relatives hadn't arrived yet, the dead body remained longer than usual in the home. On the day the people prepared to bury the dead body, the old woman suddenly got up. The body moved, and she sat down as soon as she woke up. "I am so tired. Untie the string on my hands! I am also thirsty," the old woman said. Then all the people to came to her funeral ran away. They couldn't even look for the door. They broke the wall and fled from the house. But the old woman's daughter asked her, "Mom. Why do you get up? We assume that you are already dead. That's why now we are holding your funeral." "No, I am not dead. When I arrived at the place of dead people, your father told me to go back since you are still not old enough yet. He asked me to look after the children and told me I shouldn't be there. He pushed me back," the old woman said. Then, the daughter gathered all the people in the village again. "Come quick! Let's cancel my mother's funeral and celebrate my mother's return to life after death!" the daughter yelled. She gathered all the people, including those who prepared the food for her mother's funeral before. And they finished up cooking the meal. Instead of holding the old woman's funeral, they celebrated her coming back to life after death. From that day on, the old woman lived on ten more years. And she moved to Gauri Land (it's the name of a clan). After living there ten years, she passed away.
