| Description: | This bundle contains free lists of nouns associated with the five different possessive classifiers. This experiment establishes the central semantic categories of the classifiers. The results of this experiment are detailed in: Franjieh, Michael. 2018. North Ambrym Possessive Classifiers from the perspective of canonical gender. In Fedden, Sebastian, Jenny Audring and Greville G. Corbett (eds.) Non Canonical Gender Systems. OUP: Oxford. Pp 36-67. File Description: There are fifty audio files in this bundle. Five audio files per participant with each file representing one of the five possessive classifiers. There is also a PDF file of the final results. The filenames are prefixed by CLE 'Classifier Experiment', which is followed by the speaker ID and then FL 'Free List'. The filenames are suffixed by the mnemonic label of the classifiers ED 'edible', DR 'drinkable, GEN 'general, FIRE 'fire' and BASKET 'basket'.
