Description:This is a story of two parts. In the first part the Buddha (Sange Tsomdzen) is on his pilgrimage to seek enlightenment. Along the way he meets a woman in a lake who offers him alcohol, so that he won't be hungry, he will be able to speak, to talk to people and be strong. Then there is a story about how using elephant and tiger brains in the yeast of chang (beer) will make the drinker strong, while using snake brains will make them roll on the ground drunk like a snake. Transcription in book 2014-2 p 60-65. Transcription done with Sangbu Tamang, coughs and fills not marked. Where Nepali is used, Sangbu's preference is given in Syuba immediately afterwards in angle brackets, often usually only at the first instance. Funding for this recording came from the Firebird Foundation. Funding for the transcription of this recording came from NTU, Singapore.
