Description:Jek Kalsen tells the story of his life. He was the first man to leave the small island of Ahamb and settle on the Malekula mainland in 1991. Since then hundreds of Ahamb people have followed. Jek talks about the hardships of establishing a settlement on the mainland, which is now the village of Renaur - the largest Ahamb-speaking settlement on the Malekula mainland.
