Description:		This is a twenty-seven minute video recording, transcribed and translated into Spanish. Alfonso Gonzales de la Cruz, a resident of Tsejpi, tells six stories concerning: (1) 'Chuchulungo' a Chachi boy that saves the Chachi by killing a jaguar; (2) a couple who encounter a jaguar in the jungle; (3) A sister-in-law that has sexual relations with the devil; (4) A newlywed couple who encounter the devil who takes on the form of a monkey, a dog and a priest. This story leads to a discussion about male/female relationships; (5) A blind woman who is abandoned by her husband to be eaten by jaguars, but instead the jaguar cures her blindness; (6) A story concerning Jesus, Judas and Chachi who because of their actions, have their children turned into pigs and there crops into stones. Finally he ends by discussing the arrival of the gringos.
