Description:The opening speech at the Yam festival in Amedzofe.This is the opening of the festival. The begining shows the Amedzofe cheif arriving. The first speech is by a local christian priest. Then a traditional priest pours libation. Throughout chiefs and their linguists are arriving and children are bringing the yams into the arena. Avatime was the main language used. Some prayers are in Ewe.
