Waima'a is an endangered Austronesian language spoken in the Baucau district of East Timor. Goal of project is as comprehensive a documentation of communicative events and linguistic metaknowledge as possible. For further details on scope and format of documentation see link below.
This is an attempt to cover a modern church wedding in its major parts. tables are cleared, Manuél and Joaquina spell out the rules for dancing, dancing

Manuél = main speaker, Joaquina Bride = Rina (Watun’aru), grandchild of Lamberto who lives in Lamberto's place because her father (Graciano), the second husband of her mother has not yet paid/started to pay his bride price to Lamberto and hence lives in his place [this is often the case when the parents of the man are opposed to the marriage and hence refuse to enter into official negotiations with the relatives of the bride]
