| The purpose of the project is to document Trumai, a genetically isolate language spoken in Brazil. The archive consists of a collection of texts in the language, plus other kinds of materials relative to the Trumai culture, such as photos, drawings, songs, educational materials, etc. | ||
| A Trumai woman talks about how the Trumai people used to celebrate the Yamurikuma festivity in old times. The sessions is not exactly a historical narrative, but rather information about historical facts. It also contain songs. | ||

| Emmanuel de Vienne is a french student finishing his PhD in Paris, at the Ecoles des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. He works with the Trumai since 2003. | ||
| Speaker13 is a native speaker of Trumai. Both his parents were Trumai. He speaks Portuguese as well. He and his sister (Speaker12) are the last descendents of the 'Awaldat' group, a subdivision of the Trumai group that used to speak a different dialect of the language. However, this dialect seems to have disappeared. Speaker13 lives with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He works for the Brazilian Indigenous organization named FUNAI, and often he travels to do his work (he is a boat pilot). | ||
