Description:ENGLISH: List of names of insects, obtained with a Trumai speaker, using illustrations from the book "The Insects" by Eurico Santos (1982). In some cases the illustration from the book made the consultant remember the name of an insect similar to the one in the illustration (although not exactly the same). Since the Trumai language is endangered and the names of insects need to be registered, we took note of all the information provided by the consultant. However, it is still necessary to investigate more this topic; thus the list was just written down, but not recorded.
