Yellow House in Minjilang.
Description:The informant, Khaki Marrala, describes working at Yirrkala, loading and unoading supply ships. Seeing Japanese planes which had been shot down there, and the graves of Japanese pilots. On his return to Jamarldinki (Cape Don) another crew set off for Yirrkala, but didn't get far before some fuel on the ship caught fire. Two men from Jamarldinki miraculously escaped by diving into the sea and swimming ashore. Charlie Mangulda's brother may have been one of the men, or may have at least witnessed part of the event.
