| Description: | Blasius ToUna, was a pioneering guitarist from Nodup village near Rabaul in East New Britain, PNG. Born in 1925, he started with hymns in 1949 after getting his first guitar in 1946, gaining fame for storytelling ballads about colonial-era life. As a renowned Tolai musician, Blasius was famous for his acoustic guitar songs in Kuanua and Tok Pisin, often highlighting daily life and social satire. His most popular hits include "Kunai Dumdum," "Fopela Lek" (Four Legs), "O Papua New Guinea," and "Bun Bilong Tolai". His music captures the social life, experiences, and history of Papua New Guinea, with recordings dating back to the 1960s and 1970s. Song List 001. 1. O Papua New Guinea 2. Amari Na Ravian 3.
