Description:		Koyu, Julya, and Kate converse during a slow day of cooking in Koyu and Julya's home. Koyu describes some of the baby animals that and Julia are raising as he washes a plucked chicken to prepare soup. Koyu and Julya discuss how to prepare the chicken for soup while performing the preparations in their home. Kate and Koyu chat about Koyu's plantain harvest and about the chicken soup, which is cooking, among other things. Koyu and Julya cook the soup and talk with one another and with Kate (behind the camera) about how it is prepared.  All three talk about Ndino, another deaf man in the community, and about the fact that Ndino’s father died relatively recently (in the past 2 years).
