Description:		Every Friday night, Leisi makes tuuluki to sell on Saturday morning at the Mele market house. She takes us through the full process of making the tuuluki. Individual portions are made from grated cassava, wrapped in heliconia leaves, with seasoned meat inside, then baked in a hot stone oven. We then see her removing them from the oven and taking to sell at the market house. This text was recorded in video and archived files are in mp4 video format and wav audio format. The eaf ELAN file contains both English and Bislama translations and the text has been fully glossed.
