Description:		Tomas tells how he plants yentʃó (ginger) and why this plant is important. He can sell it for good money because there is high demand for it in the nearby towns. He obtains up to two sacks of yield which he can sell for up to 400 birr (Ethiopian currency). Tomas tells how yentʃó is used in combination with tuúmo (garlic) as spice and how important it is for health. He shows the parts that are taken as product and the part that is used for replanting. He points out the indications when the plant is mature and yentʃó can be harvested.
