Patti Potts from Tavui Village, Rabaul District is of mixed Madang and ENB Tolai heritage remains strongly associated with Rabaul and PNG's Pacific music scene. He is a prominent Papua New Guinean musician widely recognized as the "King of Pacific Music" for his contributions to Pacific reggae and island-style sounds since the 1990s.
